New to the site...New to the Field. Started March of 05, no training, closed 1st loan End of April and slowly learning the ropes. Closed 12 loans 1st 6 mos. No help with leads or much support from mgr & owner. Had to learn everything on my own but I love the job, Im good with clients and I love the freedom to set my own schedule.
