As a member of the network, you will have excellent turn-around time for your files and you will benefit from reduced disclosure of fees at closing.
The requirements to join this program are as follows:
1. A track record of closing 8-10+ loans a month
2. Calyx point processing software.
3. High speed internet access.
4. Non-residential office location.
5. A desire to grow your business.
There is no start-up fee for this program. You will receive a very competitive rate sheet daily for all your product needs. As a lender you will set the fee to the customer for the processing services and any miscellaneous services, which allows you to recover some or all this branch fee.
In addition to the above you will receive 100% of the origination fee, 100% of the yield spread premium, 100% of the discount points quoted to the customer and 100% of Processing fees charged.
